At Goodness Farm, the journey of our sprouted channa dal by sprout activating the chickpeas in small batches.
Once selected, the chickpeas undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove any impurities or debris. Next, the chickpeas are soaked in water for an optimal period, allowing them to soften and begin the sprouting process naturally. Sprouting enhances the nutritional profile of the channa dal, making it more digestible and enriching it with essential vitamins and minerals.
After the sprouting period, the chickpeas are carefully rinsed and drained to remove excess moisture. They are then gently dried at low temperatures to preserve their inherent goodness and prevent any degradation of nutrients.
Once dried, the sprouted channa dal – unpolished is then packaged, ready to find its way to your kitchen.
