This ready-to-cook blend combines Little millet with a house-roasted rasam spice blend, making it your wholesome fix for rainy days, gut resets, or simply a comforting, light meal.
🌿 Ingredients
• Little Millet – fiber-rich and gluten-free
• Rasam Spice Blend – black pepper, jeera, coriander seeds, red chilli, tur dal, turmeric, asafoetida
• Tamarind powder – for that tangy-sour edge
• Curry leaves & mustard seeds – for South Indian depth
• Red chilli & turmeric powder – for warmth & healing
• A hint of ghee – enhances aroma and shelf life
🍅 Cooking Instructions
- For 1 cup premix, add 5 cups of water
- Add chopped tomatoes (optional, but lovely)
- Pressure cook: 1 whistle on high, then 5 mins on low flame
- Let pressure release naturally
- Adjust salt & consistency as needed
- Drizzle some ghee before serving
