- Sprouted Grains:
- Little millet – 5%
- Bajra (pearl millet) – 5%
- Irungu Jowar (black sorghum) – 10%
- Barley (low GI ancient grain) – 15%
- Low Glycemic Nuts & Seeds (Sprout-Activated):
- Mamra almonds – 10%
- Pumpkin seeds – 5%
- Banruti cashews – 5%
- Walnut – 3%
- Chia seeds – 5%
- Pistachio – 2%
- Traditional Low-GI Rice:
- Karunkuruvai Red Rice – 10%
- Functional Additions:
- Dry ginger (Sonth) – 1% (for metabolism & gut)
- Green cardamom – 1% (digestion & flavor)
- Saffron – 0.25 % (mood, insulin sensitizer)
